Buying bank properties has become a crazy process here in denver.  Most of the time you are dealing with multiple offers and the banks are notoriously hard to deal with.  You need to be on top of things, and get offers in the first day the property comes on the market or the day the price change comes.  You need an agent and a system to track these things.  My system is top of the line.
